Delmarva and the Ground for Change to screen at Blessing of the Combines.
Blessing of the Combines is a celebration of local agriculture and day to honor farm families in Snow Hill, MD. Through the support of University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, Delmarva and the Ground for Change, a documentary film on soil health and climate change from the farmer perspective, will play throughout the day at the Worcester County Tourism and Economic Development Building. This FREE event will allow attendees to take a break from the August heat, and learn how practices like cover cropping, no-till farming, and rotational grazing protect and promote healthy soils and waters.
