The University of Wyoming College of Agriculture and Natural Resources is hosting the Cheatgrass Management & Research Field Day on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. The event will be at the Tom Thorne/Beth Williams Habitat Management Area (Sybille Canyon, 24 miles from US30 or 26 miles from I-25).
Topics will include:
- Bioherbicide for cheatgrass control
- Esplanade for cheatgrass control
- Use of UAVs (drones) in vegetation monitoring (live flights)
- Effects of cheatgrass on soil moisture
